Kelly Family Reunion 2008

Calling home all descendants of the pioneer immigrant John & Margaret Kelly and Daniel & Rebecca Kelly to the Sunday, June 15, 2008 "Kelly Family Reunion" at Lincoln Homestead State Park in Springfield, Kentucky.

Lincoln - Hanks Celebration
Come a day early (Saturday, June 14th) and celebrate the re-enactment of the Wedding Anniversary of Thomas Lincoln and Nancy Hanks (parents of Abraham Lincoln).

There will be first person character actors representing President George Washington and Kentucky Governor Isaac Shelby. Booths, re-enacting, flintnappers, shoemakers, spinners, period music, rail splitters, tomahawk throwing, activities for children, and much more.

Watch as an actual log cabin is built on the site. The wedding re-enactment begins at 11:00 Saturday Morning, with activities continuing until 5:00pm.
